Refunds
We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at support@dailysummitshop.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a refund shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted. If your refund is accepted, once your item is received at our warehouse then you can expect the refund or credit to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note, we do not accept returns or refunds on Sale items and items marked on Sale. All Sale items are sold as final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as consumable beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on Sale items and items discounted on Sale. All items marked on Sale are final.
Timing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
As noted above, all Sale items are transactions as final and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Return Shipping Costs and Stocking Fee:
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs on refunds and returns as well as responsible for a $10 re-stocking fee.
